They were leveling up and making money as usual (much less than me but that's normal afaik, I didn't expect otherwise) until a few days ago.

I have 227 drivers right now, but I stil have many garages with trucks that are not working because I have no drivers available. At the agency there is no more drivers. 227 is the maximum number of drivers that you can have? < 1 2 >. Showing 16 - 22 of 22 comments. Moving Shadow Jul 23, 2015 @ 5:57am.
Let's say one of my drivers is based in London, their log will say: - London -> Manchester - Manchester -> London - London -> Liverpool - Liverpool -> London - London -> Rome - Rome -> London that is they ALWAYS come back to their home garage after every job. If they for any reason can't find a job with destination their home city, they come back empty, costing me money and time. But why? Why

. This is not right, to simulate the real world my trucks need to make what i make as a Driver per mile and not me working just to keep my trucks on the road, why would anyone want to start a truck company like that? Get it fixed or don't call it a simulator your numbers are way off and all over I don't want to say it but this is just another money and time wasting game at this point. My overall
Serious, since its AI driving, they have no needs for theses things at all, so why waste your precious money on things that aren't needed. The time wasted in trying to remove things that are not needed just to get a little bit of extra money could be better used by getting a delivery job and making some money that way.
SCS have said that it is certainly possible to have your company drivers seen on the roads. They went on to say that there are other more important features/additions/bugs to attend to and resources are best used in those areas. Or at least, words to that effect. The way ETS2 works right now is that the AI is local to your area, what you can
There is a coded 10% chance of a driver not getting a delivery job. I take it this means the other 9 times the driver takes any job. Depending on the driver's skill set (screenshots are handy as The Pitts indicated) those pickup points might be a long distance, costing you extra money. #5. fly 001 May 3, 2022 @ 2:23am.
For the exact same cargo, two drivers with different reputations won't earn the same thing. Your company earns some money only after the drivers are paid and the trucks repaired, not before. Like SKS said, it's because your driver drove back empty handed thus negative income. #4. Showing 1 - 4 of 4 comments.
